Apply according to the daily recommended dosage under the tongue, do not swallow for best effect, allow to dissolve freely for a few tens of seconds. To achieve the proper effects, KRAFTTAGE CBD oil should be taken 1 day before the expected menstrual cycle and throughout its duration.
